Message from Polly

Here are some pictures of Andy and Sebastian gathering soil samples to send to UT-Knoxville for testing. The pastures have been depleted from overuse by previous users. We want to improve the land for grazing. The picture with the black horse and white horse are Levi/TN Walking Horse (black) and Mollie/Percheron Horse (white) we are starting a breeding/exhibiting business with-Double J Farms. We are going to raise/sell Percherons. How about that? Ummm, Levi will NOT be a part of that program, lol.

Sebastian loves helping his "Poppie" with the farm work, lol.

We've been cooking and snacking getting ready for our version of a Super Bowl Party which includes cooking a pork roast for BBQ, making pigs 'n a blanket, spinach dip with crackers and King's Bread, cheese 'n crackers, Dr. Pepper for Andy, and tea for mom and I. Sebastian gets Koolaid! Then it's kickoff at 6:28p, get ready for bed by 8p, then in bed by 8:30p. Not too bad for working grandparents/great-grandparent and a grandson who is spending some time with his "gran's and great". We have to be out of the house by 5:15am to get Sebastian to daycare and us to work on time! We are so happy he is spending some time with us!
