You should fill out the survey with information about yourself. You should fill out the survey even if you're not going to make it to Farkle Christmas this year. You can skip questions if you can't think of anything, but please fill out as much as you can. If you have small children, please fill out one for them, too, and answer any questions that apply to them. If you have any questions, please let me know.
